- 1 (12 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Place melted butter in a Pyrex dish; add the beaten eggs and the 2 cans of corn (do not drain).

2Add the onion, green pepper and the corn bread mix.

3Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
