- 3 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup half-and-half
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 12 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
Directions

1Combine eggs, flour, mayo, and the half-and-half until well blended.

2Add in onion and cheeses.

3Fold in crab so as to not break up the meat.

4Pour into the pie crust.

5Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
