- 2 cups corn (white corn preferred)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut corn off stalk or use frozen corn; plus one half can creamed corn. Beat eggs and milk together. Mix everything together but the cheese. Pour half of mixture into greased baking dish. Cover with cheese (Sliced cheese preferred). Pour the remaining mixture into dish and cover the top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
