- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. water
- 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In the 2 cups of water, steam the veggies, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.

2Add creamed corn and continue to cook slowly until veggies are done.

3Season to taste and set aside.
