- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
- 1 c. (8 oz.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium size green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix well.

2Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
