  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 -3 tablespoons chunky salsa
  • 125 g creamed corn
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat jaffle iron & spread one side of each bread sliced with butter.

    Place bread, butter side down in jaffle iron & spread with salsa, top with corn & cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.

    Close lid & cook for 3-4 mins or until golden & hot.
