- 1 1/2 lb. venison
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Remove all fat from meat and cut 1/4-inch slices along grain. Combine dry and liquid ingredients for marinade.

2Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.

3Drain and lay meat strips on oven rack.

4Place foil on bottom to catch drips.

5Leave oven door ajar and bake at 150° for 6 hours.

6Turn oven off and leave meat in another 6 hours.

7Yields approximately 1 pound.
