- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 Tbsp. baco chips
- 2 (No. 303) cans cream-style corn
- 3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cubed yellow cheese
- seasoning to taste
Directions

1Melt butter and lightly brown onion and baco chips.

2Add corn and heat.

3Add milk and potatoes.

4Add seasonings and cheese. Heat until cheese is stringy.

5Makes 2 1/2 quarts.

6Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits.
