  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 cups corn chips
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
  • Fresh jalapeno peppers (optional)

Directions

    Brown ground beef in large skillet.

    Stir in onions, tomatoes, cumin and garlic powder; cook and stir until onions are tender.

    Add corn chips; toss lightly.

    Place meat mixture in 12x8-inch baking dish.

    Top with VELVEETA.

    Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted.
