- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Saute bacon, celery and onion.

2Add potatoes; continue to saute for several minutes.

3Add enough water to cover.

4Bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes.

5Add cream-style corn and evaporated milk.

6Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
