- 1 c. chopped onion
- 6 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. parsley (optional)
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and crumble.

2Saute onions in bacon grease. Drain.

3Cover potatoes in water and cook until just done.

4Add bacon, onions, corn and milk.

5Simmer slowly on low heat, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.
