- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. reduced fat/calorie margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 4 c. skim milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can no salt added cream-style corn
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole thyme
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine in a Dutch oven until tender.

2Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring until mixture boils.

3Stir in corn and next 3 ingredients.

4Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Spoon into bowls; sprinkle with paprika.
