Corn Chowder

  • 6 fairly large potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (I put in food processor just a short time)
  • 1 large can Carnation evaporated milk
  • approximately 1 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Cut up potatoes and onions, cover with water, salt to taste and cook until mushy.

    Do not drain off water.

    Add next 3 ingredients.
  4. 4
    To the completed chowder, add the oleo.
