  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. baco chips
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 c. cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. chervil
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese

    Saute butter, baco chips and onion until soft.

    Add corn and heat.

    Add milk, potatoes, salt and other spices.

    Add the cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.
