- 6 strips bacon or about 1/2 lb.
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) bag or 2 boxes frozen corn
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut raw bacon into small pieces.

2Add onion and green pepper and fry together until bacon is cooked.

3Do not drain bacon grease.

4Grind the frozen corn in a blender until small pieces. Add to bacon, onion and green pepper mixture.

5Add water and cook slowly until corn is cooked.

6This will be quite thick and burns easily, so watch it carefully.

7You can add more water if necessary.

8Add flour mixed with small amount of water.

9Stir. Add milk and half and half and heat slowly (don't boil).

10Salt and pepper to taste.
