- 2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1/4 lb. fat salt pork, diced
- 2 c. corn
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.

2Put salt pork in skillet and fry until meat is crisp.

3Add onions and cook slowly for 5 minutes.

4Add to potatoes and corn and cook for about 10 minutes.

5Add milk, salt, pepper and parsley.

6Bring to boiling point and add butter.

7When melted, serve.
