  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 can corn (creamed)
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onion with water and bouillon cube.

    Boil 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Add milk, flour, butter and corn.

    Cook at medium heat 5 minutes until flour thickens.

    Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve hot.
