- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 1/4 lb. bacon
- 1 or 2 medium onions
- 1/2 cube butter or margarine
- parsley to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 gal. milk, cream or half and half
- 4 potatoes
Directions

1Brown bacon; add onions until soft and add diced potatoes. Add water to cover; add seasonings.

2Cook until tender, then add corn (with juice), butter and milk or cream.

3Heat slowly; do not boil.

4Can add 4 ounce can clam with juice.
