- 4 strips bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 1/4 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. corn (may be frozen)
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon over low heat until crisp. Remove from pan. Add onion and celery to fat; cook until tender.

2In saucepan, add onion, celery, corn, evaporated milk, water and seasoning.

3Add 2 large diced, partly cooked potatoes.

4Heat through. Before serving, add crisp bacon.

5Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
