  • 1 package Shore Lunch brand Creamy Potato Soup Mix (or other potato soup mix that yields 8 one cup servings)
  • 1- 14.5 oz. can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1- 12 fl. oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup wild rice cooked in 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 3- 14.5 oz. cans cream-style corn
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked until crispy (optional)
