Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    In heavy saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

    Add all other ingredients; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Yields about 2 quarts or 6 to 8 servings.
