- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1 c. diced cooked ham
- 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1In heavy saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add all other ingredients; bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Yields about 2 quarts or 6 to 8 servings.
