Ingredients

  • 4 c. diced potatoes, cooked and drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream-style corn or 2 pt. fresh corn
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 small can milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook potatoes; drain.

    Fry bacon and add onion and cook until onion is soft.
  3. 3
    Add bacon and onion to potatoes and set aside. Put remaining ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add potato mixture.

    Stir and cook over low heat.

    Do not boil.
