- 4 c. diced potatoes, cooked and drained
- 6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream-style corn or 2 pt. fresh corn
- 1 c. cream
- 1 small can milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes; drain.

2Fry bacon and add onion and cook until onion is soft.

3Add bacon and onion to potatoes and set aside. Put remaining ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Add potato mixture.

5Stir and cook over low heat.

6Do not boil.
