  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 c. peeled, diced and raw potatoes
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. finely crushed saltine crackers
  • crumbled crisp bacon (garnish)

Directions

    Cook corn, potatoes, celery, onion, salt and pepper in 1 cup water until tender. Stir in soup, milk and crackers. Heat just to boiling. Serve hot in soup bowls. Sprinkle with bacon garnish.
