Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked or 4 to 5 slices
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 cooked potato, sliced
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute onion in bacon drippings.

    Add corn, potato and milk. Heat.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Crumble bacon over before serving. Serves 4.
