  • 10 to 12 corn tortillas
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • seasoning of choice: garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder or Cajun seasoning blend

Directions

    Stack tortillas and using a sharp knife cut through centers to make 6 sections.

    Arrange wedges, without overlapping, on baking sheets that have been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly spray arranged edges.

    Sprinkle with seasoning of choice. Bake at 400° for approximately 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.

    Store in airtight plastic bags after cooling. Serve with salsa or low-fat dip.
