- 1 3/4 c. cubed potatoes
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- salt
- pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
Directions

1Cook cubed potatoes.

2Set aside 1 cup potato water after draining.

3Fry sausage with onion.

4Do not drain.

5Add flour, green pepper, salt and pepper.

6Stir in 3 cups milk and the 1 cup potato water.

7Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add corn and cooked potatoes.

8Cook until hot.

9Salt and pepper to taste.
