- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup
- 2 (1 lb. 1 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- fresh, frozen or freeze dried chives
Directions

1In 3-quart casserole, combine soup, corn, milk, green peppers, onion, salt and pepper.

3Microwave at High 17 to 19 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

4Add chives and serve.
