- 1 doz. medium-size dried red cobs
- 2 qt. water
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) box Sure-Jell
- 3 c. corn cob juice
- 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Wash cobs and cut into 4-inch lengths.

2Place in container. Add 2-quarts water and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and boil slowly for 35 to 40 minutes.

4Strain juice, measure out 3 cups juice into large container.

5Add sugar and again bring to a boiling point.

6Boil 5 minutes.

7Skim.
-
8Pour into jars and seal.
