- 1 pkg. pectin
- 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Boil broken cobs in the water for 30 minutes.

2Remove from heat and strain the liquid.

3If not 3 cups, add enough water to make 3 cups.

4Add pectin and bring to a rolling boil.

5Add sugar; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until jelly stage.
