- 1-16 oz can creamed corn
- 1-14 oz can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1-8 oz container sour cream
- 1 t salt
- 1-8 oz package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 c chopped red or green peppers
- 1/2 chopped onion
Directions

1Mix corn, eggs, sour cream, salt and cornbread mix in a bowl. Melt margarine in an 8 X 12 X 2 inch casserole dish.

2Pour corn mixture over margarine.
