Ingredients: 1-16 oz can creamed corn; 1-14 oz can whole kernel corn; 2 eggs; 1-8 oz container sour cream; 1 t salt; 1-8 oz package Jiffy Cornbread Mix; 1/2 stick margarine; 1/2 c chopped red or green peppers; 1/2 chopped onion

1-8 oz package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c chopped red or green peppers
1/2 chopped onion

Directions

Mix corn, eggs, sour cream, salt and cornbread mix in a bowl. Melt margarine in an 8 X 12 X 2 inch casserole dish.

Pour corn mixture over margarine.

Add peppers and onions.
