  • 1-16 oz can creamed corn
  • 1-14 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-8 oz container sour cream
  • 1 t salt
  • 1-8 oz package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c chopped red or green peppers
  • 1/2 chopped onion

Directions

    Mix corn, eggs, sour cream, salt and cornbread mix in a bowl. Melt margarine in an 8 X 12 X 2 inch casserole dish.

    Pour corn mixture over margarine.

    Add peppers and onions.
