- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, cut up, with liquid
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 1 1/2-quart pot.

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients, mix well and stir over medium heat for 5 more minutes.
