- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 c. fresh corn
- 1 1/4 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add onion and celery and saute until tender (about 5 minutes).

3Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and corn.

4Cook until corn is tender.
