- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 1/2 c. or 1 (No. 2) can corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute green pepper

4Add meat and brown slightly.

7Mix well and cook 5 minutes.

8Add corn meal and seasonings.

9Cook until the consistency of mush.
