- 4 c. Kellogg's cornflakes crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 3 lb. frying chicken
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken pieces.

2Crush cornflakes in fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with salt and pepper.

3Dip chicken pieces in milk, then roll in seasoned crumbs.

4Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in single layer in foil-lined pan.

5Do not crowd.

6Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.

7Bake in 350° oven about 1 hour.

8No need to turn chicken while cooking.
