  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk.

    Mix corn flakes, salt and pepper and roll chicken in mixture.

    Place in oven at 350° for 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
