- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk.

2Mix corn flakes, salt and pepper and roll chicken in mixture.

3Place in oven at 350° for 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
