- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine crumbs, salt and pepper.

2Dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumbs.

3Line shallow baking pan with foil.

4Place chicken, skin side up, in pan.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until tender.

6May also remove skin before dipping.
