  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken
  • 1 c. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Dip chicken pieces into evaporated milk.

    Then roll in mixture of cornflake crumbs, Accent, salt and pepper.

    Place chicken in shallow baking pan lined with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until drumstick is tender.
