  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 4 (6 ounce) catfish fillets (4 pieces) or (6 ounce) tilapia fillets (4 pieces)
  • olive oil, as needed to prevent sticking

Directions
