- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients into blender except half of the corn. Cover and blend until smooth.

2Put the remainder of the corn in the bottom of a greased baking dish (9 x 12-inch or similar). Pour your mixture over the top of the corn and place this pan into another pan filled with hot water.

3Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until knife comes out clean.

4(Careful, it burns easy!)
