- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn or 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Place corn in greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly.

3Make paste of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons milk.

4Scald remaining milk; add to cornstarch mixture.

5Add butter.

6Slowly add egg mixture to milk mixture; blend well and pour over corn.

7Set casserole in pan of hot water 1-inch deep.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
