Ingredients

  • 1 can or 1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Beat egg yolks well.

    Add all other ingredients except whites and mix well.

    Last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake in a buttered dish in a 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Best if placed in pan of water while baking.
