- 2 c. frozen or fresh corn
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender or processor on high speed 30 seconds.

2Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole (ungreased).

3Place in pan of water.

4Water should come about halfway up the outside of the casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.

6Serve at once.
