  • 2 (15 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers (chopped)
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped (all of it, tops and bottoms)
  • chopped jalapeno
