  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 c. water or turkey broth
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix (large bag)
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.

    In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.

    Add onion and celery. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan or dish (you might want to spray with Pam).

    You can also dribble butter or turkey broth over top.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness.
