  • 1 pkg. yellow corn (frozen)
  • 2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

    Melt butter.

    Mix with corn, sugar, meal, egg, flour and milk. Pour in iron skillet or muffin tin (well oiled) and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
