- liquid vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Put corn flakes in a bread bag.

2Crunch with a rolling pin. Put 2 cups of vegetable oil in a shallow bowl.

3Skin chicken.

4Dip chicken in oil and toss in corn flake bag.

5Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Bake for 1 hour at 400°.
