- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups corn flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Add salt to egg whites and beat till soft peaks form.

3Add Splenda, 2 or 3 tablespoons at a time, beating till Splenda is blended and all Splenda is used.

4After all Splenda is blended in, beat till stiff peaks form.

5Then add vanilla.

6Fold in cereal.

7Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
