- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites and vanilla until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar while beating.

3Continue to beat until stiff and glossy.

4Fold in corn flakes, nuts and coconut.

5Drop by level tablespoonfuls into a well-greased baking sheet.

6Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 12 minutes.

7Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
