Corn Flakes and Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 fish fillets (catfish or tilapia, preferably)
  • 2 cups corn flakes (aprox.)
  • 14 cup of melted butter
  • fresh herb (I like to use fresh basil, oregano, cilantro, thyme, and freshly cracked black pepper)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Spread butter (other then the 1/4 cup) on the bottom of cake pan to prevent sticking.

    Layer Corn Flakes on the bottom of the pan until pan is no longer visible.

    Place fish on top of Corn Flakes.

    Use another layer of Corn Flakes to cover the fish.

    Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter on top and sprinkle desired amount of herbs and seasonings.

    Bake for 30-45 minutes or until fish is cooked.
