- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes cereal
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.

2Measure Kellogg's corn flakes cereal and milk into large mixing bowl.

3Stir to combine; let stand about 2 minutes, or until cereal is softened.

4Add egg and oil; beat well.

5Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.

6Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.

7Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
